Session Policies

A first-time client who has never had colonics will need to book an initial session of 1.5 hours. This ensures that there will be enough time for the therapist to review and discuss the completed health questionnaire, address any questions or concerns, thoroughly explain the process of receiving a colonic, and allow the client to experience a full length session.

We request payment in full at the time of your visit. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and personal checks. Any returned check is subject to a $20 handling fee.

A referral from your primary health care provider or our supervising physician is required if you have an acute condition or are following a prescribed treatment.

Please be on time. If you are late, a shortened session will be charged at the full rate.

For the health and consideration of our clients and practitioners, please refrain from wearing fragrances, colognes, flower oils, perfumed products, or strong deodorants. We are allergic to strong scents.

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or postponements; otherwise a $60 fee will be charged. As a courtesy, we often give clients a telephone reminder a day or two before an appointment; however, appointments are considered confirmed when they are made.
